Returns

We hope you are pleased with your merchandise. We understand it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase within 60 days for an even exchange or refund. Please note that shoes must be in original condition, not worn and shipped back in original box. For your convenience, we offer free shipping on all order returns.
 

PLEASE NOTE: FINAL SALE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. All purchases are final on final sale items.


EVEN EXCHANGES

Follow the "RETURN INSTRUCTIONS" below. Indicate in the "FURTHER EXPLANATION BOX" the new shoe size and color you wish to exchange for. We will send out the new pair within 3 business days of the RA request.

You have 30 days to return the shoes that are being exchanged. After 30 days your credit card will be charged for the shoes not returned.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

- Please follow the instructions below. If you have any questions, call customer service toll
free at 1-866-723-8806. (Please allow 30 days for your credit to post to your account.)
- Log on to www.rocketdogmens.com
- Click through to the accounting menu
- Click the link for “View Previous Orders”
- On the order details page, scroll down to the bottom and click the "How to return a product" link.
This will take you through the necessary steps to get a Return Authorization (RA) number that will
help us process your return quickly. A return approval email will be sent to you with the RA number.
- A FedEx shipping label has been supplied for free return shipping.

PREPARING A RETURN PACKAGE

- Pack items in original box or a sturdy box using cushioning materials to keep them secure
- Remove or black out or apply new shipping label over the original shipping label and bar code
- Seal the box with shipping tape
- Affix label to box. (If you do not have enough labels, call customer service for more labels)
- VERY IMPORTANT >> Write the return authorization number you obtained from the Web site or by calling
customer service on the box beside the label. (Example: RA # - 9000054) This ensures prompt credit to your account.

Drop Off

Log on to www.fedex.com and select the "Pickup" tab to find the closest drop-off location.
Call 1-800-Go-FedEx (1-800-463-3339) to find closest drop-off location.

Pick Up

Call 1-800-Go-FedEx (1-800-463-3339) to schedule a pick up An automated call center will ask "If you know the option you would like?" say "Return a package", this will take you to a FedEx employee. Tell them you have a prepaid return label. Please be prepared to provide the tracking number. Note: these are the set of numbers printed under the large bar code on the return shipping label.
